How do I set up a new
league?
You can set up a new league by going to the
Create
League page (to the
left).
Fill in at least the
fields that are marked with an asterisk and then click the Submit
button
You'll be prompted to log in again. Upon
which time, you'll be directed to the Payment required
page for payment information.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
How do I join a league that my commissioner
already set up?
Your league commissioner has to add you to the league,
assign a temporary password and then inform you of the Username
and Password.
You can join the league by
navigating to the Join
League page (to the left).
Fill in at
least the fields that are marked with an asterisk and then click the
Submit button.
Follow the on-screen instructions to
complete your registration information.
How do I
pay?
One payment is
received via one credit card, typically by
one person in that league (see the
Pricing page for
pricing information). Your league's subscription will last until August
1st of that following year. After August 1st of that year, when any user
in your league attempts to log on, they will be redirected to the
Payment Required page. Any person in your
league can make a payment with a credit card. Once payment has been
received, all users in that league will be able to log in and use this
web site - they will not be directed to the Payment Required page as
stated above
No credit card shall be recursively billed (In other words, nobody's credit card
will be billed automatically each year).
How do I
cancel?
Simply visit the Contact us page and click the I
would like to cancel my subscription link. Fill out the E-Mail form and submit it to us within 60 days from the date payment was made. After confirming that the league's
membership should be cancelled, the credit card used to set up the
account will be credited the pro-rated amount. The pro-rated amount
is determined by dividing the amount of the subscription by 17 (the number
of weeks in the regular football season). For example, if the annual
subscription was $50.00 and you wanted to cancel on week 8, we
would refund $26.48 because:
$50.00 pro-rated over 17
weeks equals $2.94/week.
$2.94 x 8 weeks
= $23.52.
$50.00 - $23.52 =
$26.48
Does my
subscription automatically renew?
No.
If we do not receive a cancellation request before August 1st of
each year, we will assume that your league does not want
to continue using MyFantasyZone.com as its Fantasy Football Management System. All
league information will be retained so that when you do make a payment,
your leagues settings (and all of the franchises in that league) will still be
available.
